Australian domestic shipping

Australia Post is used for domestic shipping. Flat shipping rates vary as listed below:

Framed Items : Flat Rate of $50 within Australia.

Unframed Original Art & Prints : Flat Rate of $10 within Australia

Textiles : Flat Rate of $10 within Australia

Kate Edwards Art is not responsible for any delays in shipping, once your items is with Australia Post, due to Covid staffing shortages and processing delays.

Items will be shipped once payment has been received.

Postage Insurance is available by contacting me for a quote. Items will be posted once full payment, including postage & insurance is received.

Local, Sunshine Coast Pick Up

If you are a local Sunshine Coast resident and choose this option, I will send you an email once payment has been received to arrange for collection of your order.

To choose this option, select “Pickup” under #2 Order Option once in the cart.

International shipping

International shipping is available but at this time is quoted individually & dependant on destination & weight of order. Please contact me for overseas shipping options. As with domestic shipping, Who Is Sorcha Rose Art is not responsible for any delays with your delivery once the item is with the freight/courier company due to Covid staffing shortages & processing delays.

Returns

Returns

Returns and a refund is only possible if your order arrives damaged or is not the item you purchased. In the case of you order arriving damaged please immediately take photos of the damaged packaging & item. Jump on the Contact page and send through details & I can get the ball rolling.

Unfortunately you can not return an item if you have changed your mind. So please choose carefully! And as noted on each framable piece, frames & mat board surrounds are NOT included so ensure you have allowed for this in your budget.
